Our Microgreens

Our Microgreens are grown indoors on coconut coir under grow lights. By growing indoors, this allows us the ability to control temperature, humidity, moisture, soil, mineral levels, and air flow, as well as minimize pests and pollutions on our Microgreens. We also, source organic and non-GMO seeds and supplies. This helps our plants grow to their full potential and ensure their organically grown quality. 


All our Fresh Microgreens are grown to order and ready for pick up within 24 hours of harvesting. If you are interested in purchasing Fresh Microgreens, please contact us or visit us at the Columbus County Community Farmers Market.

Fresh Microgreens are only available for sale in Brunswick, Columbus, and Horry County at this time.

 Amaranth has a mild earthy taste with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Some think it tastes similar to fresh corn on a cob or beets. 

Delicious when eaten raw or added to soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and cornbread.
