Our Microgreens are grown indoors on coconut coir under grow lights. By growing indoors, this allows us the ability to control temperature, humidity, moisture, soil, mineral levels, and air flow, as well as minimize pests and pollutions on our Microgreens. We also, source organic and non-GMO seeds and supplies. This helps our plants grow to their full potential and ensure their organically grown quality.
All our Fresh Microgreens are grown to order and ready for pick up within 24 hours of harvesting. If you are interested in purchasing Fresh Microgreens, please contact us or visit us at the Columbus County Community Farmers Market.
